6:00-ish pm = "Drag" Races
(immediately following parade)

The rules:
• you must participate in the parade to qualify for this event
• If you are a man in the race, you must wear heels 2" high minimum and a skirt or dress
(stay tuned - that height might increase)
• If you are a woman, you must wear loosely laced men's work boots at least 3 sizes too big
• This is a speed walking event (or speed swagger) - no running
• If both feet are off the ground at the same time, you are disqualified.
