Because
of the narrowness and tight curves on Kirby Street,
we need to regulate our parking. Here's the scoop:
Parking
on Kirby Street = residents only, and only on the INSIDE of the circle
* Any "inside circle" resident who has plans for the parking area
in front of their house,
please put barriers so no one parks there.
Parking
on Bilyeu Street = guests but only on INSIDE of the circle
(the side with houses on it)
Other
Parking Ideas (these ideas are unconfirmed regardingaccess and/or permission)
• the little angled street across Western Blvd (behind the Circle K)
• Ashe Avenue (Ashe is the Street Circle K is on)
• Cox or Park Avenues (off of Ashe Ave)
• Mission Valley - holy cow you can find parking closer than that!
Directions
from
beltline:
• Western Blvd exit towards Downtown (NOT Cary)
• On Western, pass Avent Ferry Rd (Mission Valley on right)
• On Western, pass Pullen Rd exit off to left
• Turn RIGHT onto Bilyeu St (hairpin turn across Western from Circle K)
• park
from
Western downtown:
• go south until you hit Western (also called Martin Luther King)
• On Western, pass the prison on right
• Turn LEFT onto Bilyeu (across Western from Circle K)
• park
from
Hillsboro downtown:
• turn onto Ashe Ave (where Bourbon St (or JackPot) is)
• Turn LEFT immediately BEFORE the Circle K (access road to cross Western)
• Have fun crossing Western onto Bilyeu
• park
LINEUP
AREA
• continue down Bilyeu St. past the neighborhood
• Park on Kendall Circle until the formal line up
(Kendall Circle is immediately behind our house)
Kendall Circle is NOT a good place to park for the entire evening.
